By Joseph Beneschan
Arranged by Noel A. Freeman (ASCAP)

Presidential Fanfare was composed for wind ensemble by Joseph Beneschan in 1992 and first performed to honor the installation of Dr. Salvatore Rotella (1934-2020) as president of Riverside City College in Riverside, California under the baton of Roger E.
